1982年、岐阜県生まれ。多摩美術大学大学院美術研究科修士課程修了。現在、神奈川県を拠点に活動。
鳥や木、雨、窓などの身近なモチーフそれぞれの質感を色彩の重なりや様々なテクスチャーの筆致で描き、作家の中で「視る」から「描く」へと移行するときに体現化する世界は独自の幻想性に満ちている。本展では新作を交えて構成する。

Born 1982, in Gifu, Japan. MFA, Tama Art University. Live and works in Kanagawa, Japan.
As Takagi depicts the respective qualities of familiar motifs such as birds, trees and windows in layers of color and brushstrokes of varying textures, the realm embodied when “seeing” shifts to “drawing” within the artist is suffused with a fantastical quality of remarkable originality. This exhibition will include new work by Takagi.
